Just know that us games are different to row, at least for PlayStation, was a kid & friends mom (who had money), went to Caribbean for a holiday, bought all these pa2 games because they were so cheap, came back none of them worked, ntfs vs pal (I'd seen pal on the disks but never know what it meant)

Yep I picked up the Japanese Mario all stars on the switch for $35 and the US ed was or still is $130

I went to Japan to last week I really enjoyed it would recommend it a ton and I bought a 3ds in Japan and it costed around 40 dollars in excellent condition and the same equivalent would cost probably around 150 in the us

Well in Japan gaming is part of their culture or at least it used to be so there are not so rare out there. Thats what i think.
