I read amaranth can also stop cataracts in the eyes and even reverse them completely. I popped the amaranth seeds but the shop now only sells the flour 👍 and puffed amaranth. I add 2 to 3 scoops of puffed amaranth to my cereal and definitely see the benefits for to eyes. I will bake with the flour now. Thank you Happy Belly Fish 👍🌷🙏
