Thank you for sharing your delicious food recipes. I was a child in New Orleans when my neighbor showed me how to snap green beans. It was fun. Elderly lady, shared words of wisdom while we snapped.

That is way my grandma and my mother made this meal except they didn't have the Insta Pots. They would cook those oxtails for 3 or 4 hours on the stove. Green beans would simmer practically all day. Grandma would make crackling cornbread and go out in the garden and pick fresh tomatoes. She would also have hot pepper sauce she made on the table for sprinkling on the vegetables. So good.❤❤❤❤

I love Oxtails ! I wish they weren’t so expensive. But at least three times a year, I bite the bullet and buy some. I always prepare mine in my pressure cooker. I’ll have to try the new spice marinade you showed here. I’ve used Saison in the little packets, but never the liquid before. And, I’m like you….i love fresh green beans !
