I get to be that guy, what happened is that they said that he had to give up the first shop to his sister and he said no, then he came back to his sister in his office after his parents told his workers that he had agreed and then he called the police and got them all arrested.

So what happened was they make small talk until they go into op office and they tell op that they should give their business to the sister so she could be a boss. He doesn’t obviously so the sister throws a tantrum and the parents get mad so he kicks them out
