im applying as a british citizen but my Bsc was obtained outside the UK (canada). I know applications start in January but i wont graduate/have my final certificate until April. Not sure what to do?

I obtained my degree from cardiff metropolitan university but did not visit the university in uk. So do I also need to obtain english language proficiency tests and other stuff you mentioned.

I already did the UK ENIC in 2022 when I first applied for the STP, does it expire just like IELTS??
