Put straws over the bolts so you can see them while lowering the toilet.

i love my milwaukee mini grinder the 3-inch disks don't seem to wear out as fast as the 4 1/2 thin cutoff wheels and the speed is variable so you can dial in what works best for what you are cutting.

the kit I bought says to only put silicone on the flange and not on each additional spacer. confused.

Mine is too low too however when they put like over tile they made the hole too big. I can use raisers like u did but what about the big hole? I think is like1/4 or 1/2 an inch all the way around. Aim afraid f toilet leaks we will never find out since water will just go on n between floor and flu due?

This is awesome.Plumber told me I have to bust up all my tile so he can get in there and put in a new flange. No thanks.

I don't recommend cutting those screws with a grinder, bad personal experience. It spreads grit and shards everywhere! I spent so much more time cleaning up (it also pitted the porclean) than simply cuting it off with a saw.

The flange should be flush with the floor, the last spacer was 100% not necessary
