I have had the Galaxy Watch 6 classic (the larger size) for over 5 months now, and it has been amazing. This watch has good enough battery life. I usually just charge it for 45 Min a day, and I have never had it completely run out of power. I wear this watch to bed, and it was uncomfortable the first few times I had it on my wrist. It is now comfortable to wear to bed now that I switched to a fabric watch band. I have a silver steel watch band too, and it looks amazing with this watch. I have had a couple people think that it was some sort of Rolex. The only complaints with this watch is the randomly sluggish performance and the random battery drain. I would definitely recommend this watch to anyone looking for a wear OS smart watch.

Got the watch6 classic 47mm and I love it. I was concerned about the size since I'm a smaller guy, but the second I put it on I knew I had made the right choice. It's a beautifully badass watch. I like its look and feel and all the functionality. I was never really a smart watch guy before and I've been surprised by how much I like it. My wife recently got an apple watch and I tried to help her set a few things up. Good lord the Samsung is so much easier to use ime

I've been wearing this watch for over 6 months now and it has been a great companion in the gym. I do like to keep track of my calories and workouts. What I do like about the watch Is the size, the style, the rotating crown and the multitude of workouts and apps and watch faces that you can play with. However, what I don't like is the fact that up until this latest update respectively - March, the watch has been very very laggy but now they seem to have fixed it and I'm very happy about it. Also the battery life is just decent. I charge it nearly every day and I've paired it with my pixel 7 pro device. I had also considered a pixel watch and a Garmin venue watch but in the end those are pretty limited and I had to go with the Samsung as in my opinion it offered more than the rest

I have had a galaxy watch 6 classic for 7-8 months now (silver, 47 mm), I can say it's quite decent. I do like it basically because of its looks and that rotating Basel, I sometimes end up spinning it when I'm bored and it's a nice and quirky feature to have... I'm glad I chose the silver one, It does look classy and it's an eye catcher, it doesn't look like a usual smart watch, especially those bulky Huawei watches. Battery has been good, since I'm not a heavy user I could easily sometimes stretch it to 3 days, as what Damian said is true it's uncomfortable to wear it while sleeping, that does save some battery. I mostly wear it to track my steps, check time, notifications and mostly because I like the way it looks. Paired with a nice band and AOD on its even nicer when going out. Unfortunately the battery drains a lot faster with AOD on, one of the downsides of wearOS smart watches as most of you mentioned. Overall it's very sturdy, I've accidentally hit a lot of things with it and there is not even a scratch on it, I have worn it many times in salty water and there is no damage to it, no need for a screen protector or case, that's the other thing I like about it.

I have a galaxy watch 4, which is extremely laggy at certain times, which forbids me in getting any newer samsung watches.

Bezel chips easily that's why I needed a case for it. Maybe titanium bezel would be more durable?

I just traded up my galaxy watch 5 for a 6 Classic 43mm, and spent less than $100 out of pocket.
Ever since I bought my first Pixel phone I wanted a watch with WearOS. Ideally, the Pixel watch. Samsung's trade-in deal for my Fitbit had Google beat, so I wound up passing on the first 2 Pixel watches to save some money and instead traded in my Fitbit for a Galaxy watch 5. I feel like the larger Pixel 3 watch finally feels like the right watch for me, but despite offering $140 for my Galaxy watch, Samsung had Google beat AGAIN with a $200 trade-in deal. So here I am, with my Pixel phone and Pixel buds but unable to fully commit to the Pixel ecosystem because Samsung had the better deal. Plus, as clean and elegant as the Pixel watch looks, the glass dome design seems to make the watch prone to irreparable damage.
All in all, I'm very happy with my watch 6 classic so far!

Would you say the 6 classic is a good buy even right now?

I got the 43 mm Classic LTE since I don't have big wrists. Battery life is just about acceptable over Bluetooth but downright atrocius when connected via cellular. I'm in the habit of turning the bluetooth radio off as soon as the watch switches to cellular just to eke out a tiny bit more battery life. I also have a Watch 5 Pro, which while huge on my wrist is a tiny bit smaller than the 47 mm Classic, and has even better battery life than that

I have a pretty slim wrist and the 47mm is fine for me. I'm on the 3rd strap hole. The watch face doesn't feel too big but on me there are bigger gaps underneath the sides and my wrist than I would like. Not a huge deal. I do notice the weight, I would go for the smaller version if I used it more as a fitness tracker. If you're looking for a pure smartwatch the 47mm is awesome and don't be afraid of the size even for smaller wrists.

I have a watch4 and comparing it to watch6 (Software and Hardware) i really dont see a reason to upgrade.
I wouldnt buy a WearOs or smartwatch anyway, as i barely use its features..

Maybe i missed something but ive been using youtube music and audible for offline cohtent at the gym and besides youtube music being a lil laggy its been fine. Mine BARELY lasts a day on full charge but working from home and the fast charging has helped negate this for me. Beyond it thinking i wake up hours before i did and it not detecting naps like it used to like the sleep tracking was PERFECT now lil hit or miss but beyond that i dont have many complaints

I love mine Samsung watch 6 classic it's the best working with my Pixel Fold I wear it everyday. Very durable and I'm getting 4 days battery life it controls a lot on my phone very bright easy to see in sunlight. It great fit I have big wrists. Mine always fast better than my Garmin and Sunnto now I don't take to gym. It knows even when your lifting weights.

Idk how it's king the battery sucks and it lags like crazy I don't think Samsung will ever get it rite with a smartwatch although the watch 5 pro was decent
