These are ESSENTIAL in natural hair styling and they are so versatile, You can dress them up or down, ponytail them, wear them down, and when they begin to look old, you can untwist them for a beautiful twist out. It would always be a struggle for me doing it on my mannequin, but now I know what to. It's all about twisting the hair a little before you cross it over for the twist. This tutorial was successful as I was able to twist my own hair. My only issue is making sure to detangle it thoroughly and parting my hair correctly. I have thick hair and it's long as well so your tips have been helpful. This tutorial worked for me. I am on week 2 and it looks good still. I used the Taliah Waajid cream for my hair twists and the technique you showed on video was on point and worked for my hair Thank you so much for this video. I plan to try this style again and hope to get better.
