I had mentally problems, but I got medicines so I’m now fine, but if I should live in 1950 or 60s I would get in a asylum what’s terrifying

I was in one for a year because I was hallucinating and my mental issues were through the roof I all most killed my cat 😢 but I’m better now 😅
