I’m staying on 18.2 cuz it’s running nice and fast with good battery and no big bugs and 18.3 doesn’t have any big updates or changes to justify staying on betas

Image playground is a total waste of effort from apple. It’s a kids app.

I downsized from 13PM to 16Pro. Battery capacity obviously shorter. I did try using 80% max charging to see if battery life would last longer. I gave up when I was charging late afternoon to get through the evening. Now I’ve gone to 100% charging.
I’d really like to see 100% optimized charging overnight, then just 80% max all other times such as CarPlay or temporarily boosting the charge up for the rest of the day.

I really hope they fix phone 16's distorted voice memos & the camera's video audio recordings. I've been back and forth with apple about it the past couple of months. Advisor's said it's probably software related. I think they just need to tweak the EQ so that recordings aren't FULL on bass. It's been an issue since launch. Still waiting to hear back from engineers. To test it, play something with a fair amount of bass and record it, and you'll hear thumping kicks, or a sustained rattling, robotic sounding distortion. It sounds like when you play something in your old car stereo that can't handle the bass output. Check the recording on your PC too - you'll hear bass overload and barely any mid, or highs, especially if you have a subwoofer. Also, if you like to record your singing, there's a rattling, robotic-sounding distortion on a wide frequency range, in recordings. All previous ten iphones i've owned, have never had this issue.

Hopefully, iOS 18.3 will fix the horrible cell reception and data speeds on my 13 Mini. I constantly have to restart my phone just to use mobile data.

Touch sensitivity on 16 pro max has still problems. I don’t know if its about software or hardware but it makes me sick to get the best possible iphone and have such unnecessary problems that i haven’t had even on my good old iphone 4S :/

At least for me, it has always forced me to share analytics when switching between public ios and betas. I would always have to go in and manual opt out
