So yeah Maxor is pretty good now, but in my defense: a) Literally no one used it before I made this video and b) I did mention its one use being Speed. It's still awful for everything else.

Also, Maxor isn't an archer set. It's a speed based set. It's called SPEED_WITHER_ARMOR internally. Buff its speed by quite a lot.

To the “Necron costs more than Maxor”, I’d like to add that the only reason it costs more is because it’s better, they’re both just as hard to get for an Ironman player, for example.

What if the Maxor armor just got something like additional Crit Chance or Attack Speed?
I think that’d be neat, especially since the premier archer weapons are the Term/Juju.
Definitely shouldn’t be too high, but a small boost to either/both stats would give it a use for people who use the two ender-slayer bows.
I’d like to see Crit Chance over Attack Speed, because Attack Speed could be utilized for other melee class stuff, which ruins the point to me, but either change would be cool!

with the recent hoe fix i can see maxor boots becoming quite meta, since they are much better than rancher's boots both for ehp, damage and speed (with higher cata levels) but it would still be nice to see them get some strength as them giving 0 strength kinda sucks

Maxor boots are good for clearing since you can just leave them on and not loose all your ehp or damage.

they should just make maxor bypass speed cap like young armor does, speed is useless if you are capped to a certain speed and something like a rogue sword does the same thing but doesn't cost 40m

Fun fact wither armor pieces don’t stack so you only reduce 10% of damage from withers, not up to 40
