Difference between junior and senior developers

So let me tell you the biggest difference between senior or mature developers versus noob or new developers.

New developers usually only think about themselves. Rightfully so though, but they want to improve their skills, improve their bonus, improve their performance. That is the main goal of a junior developer.
Senior developer thinks about, how can they help everyone? How can they improve the processes here so that five other developers can also benefit from something, which a junior developer usually doesn't?
