Alistair, these tips make a lot of sense. Lately I've been working with a new single length sand wedge for chipping. Tonight, I was pushing the wedge and should have stepped back to use a lower lofted club. As I listened to your ideas and your mention of using a 9 iron, a light went off for me. I have a question though. You mention using sand wedge for 75%, 9 iron for 50% and 7 iron for 25%. Do I understand you correctly in that the wedge should land within 75% of the distance to hole? 9 iron about 50% 5o hole and 7 iron 25% to hole?

I do like the best tips concept for entire game. This seemed short, but a nice introduction. Would like to see some shots over obstacles and when you would move ball forward or back to change trajectory.
