Improv West Coast Swing - Keerigan Rudd and Giulia Rusch

All-Star JnJ, 4th Place at Wild Wild Westie 2024. Dancers are Keerigan Rudd and Giulia Rusch. Song choices were “Slow RnB/Hip Hop or Fast Contemporary,” and we were the first to choose fast. This is the second time we’ve ever danced together, first time in the spotlight.

Of all Keerigan's dances, this is my absolute favorite dance & dance partner combination. I am in awe of the synchronization, the apparent emotional dance connection, and creativity between both of them. Keerigan is the ulimate lead and Giulia is such a creative, flexible & entertaining partner. They are so fun to watch.

How they do this improv is all, literally, unbelievable. Surely they had to have had a little chitchat about what they were going to do. I find it incredible that they just happened to be so much on the same wavelength that all of this just “happened”.
