lol 😂Love you guys! I am a 70 year old woman and just fixed my water line that I have paid 3 plumbers to do before and it still leaked. I had to dig a 4’x5’ trench and then dry fit it and the marking was very helpful to get it put together after gluing!

Every time Ben gets out the power tools I feel like I'm watching an old episode of Home Improvement. Ya'll need to cut in a clip and Tim "the tool-man" Taylor every time Ben makes an oopsie-doodle.

Omg.. You two slay me. Congratulations on displacing Nomatic Fanatic on the "how not to do a RV project" leader board. That said, am so glad you are so humble to share all the mistakes and with such humor. Best...

Good thing OSHA didn't watch you cutting the pipes. Should always have a solid backup to steady what you are cutting instead of just holding it in your hand. Should also put a block behind the strip of wood to back up the cut so that it wouldn't crack when you use the camper and the camper flexes.

They do have pipe cutters for this job that will give you a straight cut every time no power tools

I’ve done a lot of plumbing in my years and yes, it’s a learning curve. I thought you both did a good job. No repair work is fun but you’re way ahead of a lot of people who don’t do anything and hire a plumber to do the simple things. The video was entertaining and fun to watch.

What I know is, house plumbing parts wildly differ from RV plumbing including pipe threads (where I am in the video) however Im enjoying this tremendously..

Y'all are hilarious! "Step away from the saws all!" Seriously you ought to YouTube some of these fixes before attempting them!😂 PS I told you to get a 45° PVC elbow in your last video too!

Use the sawsall just use the short blade or you can get a portable band saw. Love the knee pad too!

My husband is a mechanical claine but not plummer. He replaced the entire kitchen think, and it was no problem at all! 😮

You guys better ask him to do that. 😅

Love ya all!

Congrats for hanging in there and finally reaching and completing a successful project. Much better looking and functional installation than your first try. Ben with that saw is kind of like driving finishing brads with a sledge hammer. 😀 Glad you not only got help, but listened to it. Anyway, always enjoy following you and your family. Don from Florida.

I don’t usually make fun of people for their lack of knowledge when it comes to home improvement and I usually love to see people try new things and improve their skills but OMG! Couldn’t you guys have found a YouTube video showing how to install a sink??!! lol I really enjoyed watching this for the giggles seeing Ben get it wrong so many times in a row lol

For the squeeze bottle take the cap off the side you are squeezing into.😎. Then it is easy peasy.

I am married to the guy who needs to buy all of the tools out there even though he doesn’t have a clue how to use them, what to use them for, or how to take care of them. Last year, I had to stop him from purchasing a new jigsaw that “is so light that he could run up 5 flights of stairs carrying it in one hand” - we don’t have 5 flights of stairs, nor have I seen him run up stairs. He “needed” a Japanese pull saw in case he ever needed to do complex joinery - he is not a woodworker.

I feel your pain.

Luv this video. Definitely keep the sawzall. Might want to look into a one hand reciprocating saw like the Dewalt DCD369. Smaller for tight space in a RV. Try installing blade upside down for more clearance. Armed with 2 saw, now you have saw to cut saw.😊
