For unloading tanks from flat cars you need a railhead which has a sloped platform that enables tanks themselves moving away from the train. I am Korean security guard of a US army base in Korea and surley bet the place in this video's thumnail is Camp Casey in Dongducheon city where I am working :)

I drive a tractor trailer all over the U.S. and often times I see an APC or MRAP on the back of a flatbed and I daydream about hopping in starting it and taking it back to my lair. 😃

On a side note the T-55's are driving forward to use and wreck only one train car. Fast and simple (tactics) and preserving much of the equipment/resources (strategy) both.
