Looking at pro swings I notice at the end of the backswing, the left arm will often be on a plane that's more vertical than the plane the shoulders are on. Maybe I'm nitpicking but I won't achieve this state if my left arm lays across my chest, level with my shoulders.

Does Brooks Koepka have no depth in the backswing?

Dangerous advice! Some people will get the wrong idea from this and strap their lead arm to their chest which is a terrible move.

Nah nah nah nah nah nah nah Got that? Bla bla bla bla bla. Pivot on the outside axis of the inside swing plane, redistributing you balance from 60/40 to 55/45 along with/while pivoting your right shoulder in line with your left nut to create an explosive swing that keys upon the sun’s vortex

Most pro golfers don’t have much depth. Don’t do what this guy says
