I wish they create a good relic set for jingyuan..the difference between 4 pc lightning vs 2 pc musk 2 pc lightning is just 8% atk and also the 4 pc doesn't boost skill dmg

Getting hit once per basic is a little too optimistic for blade in certain scenarios. He has so much break that if you are against wind weak enemies they will constantly be broken. But there are scenarios where he will get even more stacks. Aoe enemies that are not weak to wind (like the fish enemies). Or enemies that apply dots (like wind shear). Now that I think about it maybe he is good against any enemy like Seele...
