We had people addicted to these at work. One guy ate a whole bag and got sick.

Crazy to think how food companies are poisoning people and face no consequences.

That moment you realize that hospitals have vending machines with these same chips in them 👀👀👀

You could do everything right as a parent at home but the second you send your kids to public school they are exposed to all the bad behaviors that other parents fail to keep in check. Eventually your kid joins in on the chemical consumption with or without your knowledge.

I just love how there is many illegal ingredients around the world that is perfectly legal in the U.S.

I know a doctor that sees kids come into the ER feeling like their stomach is tearing apart…he looks at their red-stained fingers and tells the parents their child needs to eat food, not hot chip all day, it’s always the same type of people.

I find it funny when I go to the zoo or a nature preserve or wherever and they tell you not to feed them to the animals because "they're on a special diet" and "it'll harm their health" or something. And we're fine eating them twice a day or more.

I lived with a chemical engineer that worked for Frito Lay. He used to bring multiple bags of “extra” product home for me and the other house mates. He would eat big plates of fruit and vegetables for breakfast and hearty meats for dinner. I never saw him eat any kind of processed food, and one day I asked him if he ever did; he said “NEVER.”

I was absolutely addicted to these. They were my go to stress food for decades; the dopamine release to deal with the heat helped me cope. I've given them up completely and I've not looked back Learned to deal with stress in healthy, productive ways, and idk, eat real food. I recommend getting over this addiction if you can; it is a gateway to other food addictions like soda and candy and once you're over the hurdle, your life is freer.

No matter what food, i try to stay away from any kind of food that has an ingredient list that nobody can pronounce. Don't know what that crap is in chips, baked goods and whatever else.

I absolutely love hot cheetos. But I do remeber them talking about stomach issues on the news. But I still ate them. Kinda like cell phones, I remeber the news talking about brain tumors and other issues and all of a sudden it went quiet.

I never understood why people like these, they're awful. It's just bland, spicy styrofoam. So much spicy stuff in this country just abandons any hope of flavor in favor of heat. I remember a girl in my high school used to buy a bag of these, tear it open and dump hot sauce on half the bag and dip them in the sauce. It was the most revolting thing I've ever seen.

My family recently started cutting out chemicals and food dye as much as possible and my younger siblings basically went through a withdrawal phase from it. Saying these dyes and chemicals are drugs isn’t far off especially for kids

Am I the only one who never liked them that much? They were decent I guess, but nowhere near addicting for me.

Trader Joe's and Whole Foods both had a healthier version of Hot Cheetos a couple of years back but both disappeared around the same time for no reason. Coincidence? They don't like healthy.

Surgeon here. Spicy foods do not lead to gallbladder problems. Gallbladder is usually removed due to gallstones or inflammation (Cholecistitis), oily or greasy food stimulates gallbladder response, not spicy food. Girl could have been eating lots of any oily snack and result might have been the same. The other thing is that gastritis and gallbladder issues are frequently confused one with the other. There are exams that rule each one out, but a very scalpel friendly doctor might have just removed the gallbladder without really checking beyond what he was gonna get paid.

Dude, much respect for even being critical of the sponsor of your video for using seed oils in their beef recipe. I was never really a fan of hot cheetos to begin with, but this video is very eye opening. I will never touch the stuff again.
