I'm heavily ADHD and suffer from emotional dysregulation. My emotions are explosive and feel impossible to handle or control. And right now just got done with a fit of stress induced hysterical laughter. And I just want to leave. Go somewhere where there's nothing. No scenery. No people. Just an empty, black abyss, where I can walk, and just walk. Nobody exists, there aren't any political wars going on in the world. No 8 hour day 5 day a week job for me to go to. No interpersonal relationships for me to stress about ruining or otherwise affecting. No need or desire to do anything. Just me. Alone. With nothing. Nobody. Forever. Just walking into the endless nothing. It's all I want to do right now. Is to exist where nothing else does.

I struggle to sleep and after putting this on and laying my phone down beside my bed i was asleep withing 5 minutes. This was at 1 am. I tried "music for deep sleep" or whatever it is. I put it off after a while and listened to this. I closed my eyes and i was asleep. Thank you so much

woaw that's so good ! Usually i'm not into background/music videos but the empty world aesthetic resonate so well with me, it really feels like home. but i'm curious, how do you create those music ? i would love to try for fun but i really don't see how. do you use a software in particular ? do you use pre-made sounds and put them together or do you use virtual instruments to get the notes you want ? it would really help me with some personal project of mine !
