Wtf.. The guy was speeding, not giving a sh*t about anyone else on the road and kills a cop and he gets 90 days!!!

This is a hard case. A man loses control of his vehicle as he's driving down the road. I see snowy conditions may be going a little too fast lost control of his car and slammed into a State Trooper who was on the side of the road assisted another driver. The state trooper did pass away but it's not like this guy intentionally tried to kill the state trooper even though the judge gave him 90 days in jail that 8 years of probation is what's going to get him probation is just a setup for people to let up in prison or even County time this is really hard situation cuz this could happen to anyone driving in icy conditions.
