Owner of a '24 Polestar 2 RWD here, and I agree it is the one to get. It's plenty fast, it's the lightest one, it handles great (even on Michelin Primacy tires), and has the most range and best charging (in the US, Europe gets the better battery on all models). There's really no reason to get the more powerful/expensive AWD models.

I have currently driven 69 000 miles with my Polestar 2 performance 2021 and its perfect. So much better than Tesla and the germans. I have ordered the Polestar 4 now.

Another great EV bargain (used) if EVs are your sort of thing. Plenty of them dual motor AWD for under $30k now. Great alternative to Tesla from an actual car company (volvo) not a technology company run by a lunatic

Not too much difference between a fully equipped 2023 P2 but I'd be very curious to hear your opinions with the sway bar, different seats, and larger tires

Volvo/polestar as a brand is so streamlined and refined. So underrated.

The color is what I also have on my P2, Magnesium. I believe the paint code under Volvo references “Glacier White.”

I test drove one and passed. Biggest issues are lack of dealer network, sterile and cheap interior and cabin noise. The closest dealer to Chicago is either Detroit or Minneapolis.

I had a lower trim as a rental and what I found weird was while it had line centering, it would ONLY work if you had it in cruise control. I'm not sure if it's different for higher trims but I thought that was a odd decision to make. Otherwise it's a nice car I'm not sure if Polestar will survive as a company in the long term though.
