These are THE WORST “people “ ever! The funny thing is that they think they are soooo righteous!

Once a final judgment is rendered, Mr. Griffin can be held in civil contempt of court until he complies. As he holds "the keys to the jail, " he can be jailed indefinitely until he complies. A lawyer once served 14 years for civil contempt. If Mr. Griffin believes what he is saying, he should welcome serving 14 years for civil contempt. The judiciary needs to draw clear lines and enforce its orders.

As a combat veteran I'm so sick of the use of "battle" and "war" from these people who have never served or been even close to real combat.

Exactly the reason why the prosecution shouldn't have been so lenient. If you were involved with the Jan 6 insurrection riot at any level you should be deemed ineligible to hold a position in the government at any level.

I'm from New Mexico and I'm honestly disgusted to know someone like those 3 commissioners are in charge of anything

Dominion needs to start suing these people into oblivion to protect their business.

If he’s willing to go to jail, why doesn’t he prove it in court ?

How can it be legal for convicted criminals to hold any position of public trust?

Send him to Jail on a Felony Charge.
He just said it was OK to do so.
Make his wish come true.

Refusing to do your legal duty because of ideology should be grounds for dismissal and prosecution. How this is allowed is beyond me.
Edit: Ideology is not the correct word. Zealotry, Insanity, sycophantic behavior. Those fit better.

This man is not smart enough to hold office. Somebody needs to get up in his face and tell him the truth and that he’s absolutely crazy

Since they're basing their actions on their 'feelings', not evidence, I think they should be prosecuted.

They re voted 2 to 1 to certify, Griffin voted no. He asked to be put in jail so I hope they call his bluff.

This is the height of impunity. Arrest them promptly.

Indulge him. Prosecute, strip him of office and jail him. Give a clear message to the next who try to obstruct without ready-to-go evidence, that there's only one end result for this inane idiocy.

Judges should be held accountable for letting them out of jail and not enforcing terms of release instantly.

This is why it's so important to make an example of Donald Trump and any other GOP individuals that knowingly broke elections law!!

Dominion must be hating and loving this. Their reputation has been harmed for no reason, but they are gonna cash in large for defamation.
