Very disingenuous using panoramic photos of Lake Conroe. These homes, at least a few, are adjacent to a 1 or 2 acre pond on tiny lots. If you want your bathroom window 10 feel from your neighbor..go for it. Flood insurance would also be a good idea.

Please tell the builder to remove all the trees. I know. I know. But those trees were grown in a forest. Together. Many. That each protected the other. Now they are alone. They Will fall. Please tell them to just take them all down… start fresh.
