I honestly would need a tub in the master bath. I love taking baths!! My master has an oversize tub and I absolutely adore it. After having a regular tub most of my life... I had no idea what I was missing and I don't think I'd be able to go back!!

Meritage homes are well built. My house is a Meritage home. I have the Henderson floor plan.

Have heard pro & con about Meritage homes. If you're going to buy from them, be sure to get YOUR OWN INSPECTION BEFORE YOU SIGN TO CLOSE & ACCEPT. & do not let them threaten you about using your own inspector.

BTW, couple of observations: in the 1st bedroom it must've been pretty small because it looked like the closet door was hitting the bed when the door opened all the way; very small living/family area; tiny 45 ft lots😟.
