Few videos showing you how to remove different types of tap handles.
We have the largest range of tap cartridges sizes and can offer bespoke made to measure valves for those rare sizes.
We also stock a huge range of spares such as handle adaptors, bushes, aerators, tap levers & handles, shower cartridges, thermostatic cartridges and we now sell a stunning range of taps for when you need to replace the whole unit.

Very practical and informative video. I highly recommend the tap magician. I had to change the cartridges for a Bristan tap and the relevant video was very clear and indicated the exact parts I needed, which I then purchased from them. I ordered them via special delivery and they were here the next morning (Royal Mail not on strike at the time)

Tip: Before removing grub screws; put the plug in the plughole!

This si the exact same tap as I have. Got the grub screw out easily enough. I really can't get the tap handle off, although I've twisted, turned, tapped etc. but being careful not to damage it. Any advice on what to do? e.g. Is there a puller tool for handles like this.

Thanks for the video.. it’s the most useful I’ve seen but I still can’t find how to get into my kitchen tap to replace the washer.. the end caps look like they’re fused on and not supposed to move .. I’ve tried and there’s no grub screws to be seen... I’ve checked behind the taps with a mirror to be sure any ideas? I’ve tried to find the model on the net but no dice.. it looks a bit like the abode ludlow on your site.

We have no screws at all on our taps, would they just pop off? (I think this is what the first video is for but the very start seems to be missing)

Any idea for an Astini Arrigo mixer? It looks a little like the pull off in the first video, but the tap and collar arent attached and theres no grub screw anywhere

Have a bristan quest kitchen tap, the only way to remove the handles I be, I’ve is brute force, but this often damages the plastic spline, is there any way of doing this safely ? The splines are not for sale separately, have to buy new tap handles, which seems rather expensive

Hi, I have the same franke tap, replaced cartridge to fix drip but grub screw won't tighten when handle is back on so handle is loose. Would it be the grub screw that needs replacing or could it be issue with handle?

Hi, I have a QQ, I’m looking to buy cartridges from your website for Cooke’s & Lewis 58A mixer tap. How do I remove the levers to expose the cartridge. There are no visible screws that hold the levers and I can not access the cartridge.

2nd tap (Franke ?) - Want to remove the spout to replace I rings (weaping leak). Grub screw @ back of tap stripped and access is limited. I guess the only solution is to remove tap and drill out the tiny grub screw ? Any thoughts ?
