I am back!
It's been forever, I know. But I'm glad I can be here again. First, I want to thank you all for your support and understanding. You are the best! It was really nice to read all your commentaries and your understanding. Thank you very much. Now, I will try to go back to my actitivies and post as often as possible.



Here I am back with "Fairytale". I've had this video ready for AGES now. So, it feels amazing to finally being able to post it.
Let's talk about it a bit!
This live version may not be the best when it comes to vocals, but I really love the visuals. The litte introduction the girls did where they act as dolls is really cute! The lights were SO GOOD, too. It really set the mood of the story. We have a different "Sayonara" from Hikaru here. I think this is due to the problems she was having with here voice then, but it is definitelly a better fit for the song. It feels nostalgic, sad, painful... Perfect for the song. Love it!



The lyrics this time tell us the story of a long lost love. The Fairytale they talk about is the story of two people who fell in love, but who later fell a part. I really love how Kajiura-san uses the night as the time they live with their beloved one, and then the morning as the time when they have to part ways. The night is that magic moment where they love each other in what felt like an eternity, then the morning comes and they are to be separated. Our protagonist is left alone with only the memories of that person who once loved them in that Fairytale, one that is no longer there for them. It can also be a reference to something else. A one night stand, perhaps? XD A very poetic way to talk about that, indeed.

Aquí estoy de vuelta con "Fairytale". He tenido este video listo desde hace SIGLOS. Así que se siente increíble finalmente poder publicarlo.
¡Hablemos un poco de eso!
Esta versión en vivo puede no ser la mejor vocalmente hablando, pero realmente me encantan la puesta en escena. ¡La pequeña introducción que hicieron las chicas donde actúan como muñecas es realmente linda! El juego de luces fue también super genial. Realmente creo el mood de la historia. Aquí tenemos un "Sayonara" diferente al de Hikaru. Creo que esto se debe a los problemas que estaba teniendo con su voz en ese momento, pero definitivamente encaja mejor con la canción. Se siente nostálgico, triste, doloroso... Perfecto para la canción. ¡Me encanta!

La letra esta vez nos cuenta la historia de un amor perdido hace mucho tiempo. El cuento de hadas del que hablan es la historia de dos personas que se enamoraron, pero que luego se separaron. Realmente me encanta cómo Kajiura-san usa la noche como el momento en que vive con su persona amada, y luego la mañana como el momento en que tienen que separarse. La noche es ese momento mágico donde se aman en lo que pareció una eternidad, luego llega la mañana y se deben separarse. Nuestro/a protagonista se queda solo con los recuerdos de esa persona que una vez los amó en ese cuento de hadas, uno que ya no está allí para ellos. También puede ser una referencia a otra cosa. ¿Una aventura de una noche, tal vez? XD Una forma muy poética de hablar de eso, por cierto.
