Former defence minister Christopher Pyne says he believes Labor is the “favourite to win” when questioned on his prediction for the federal election.
Mr Pyne said Opposition Leader Anthony Albanese had a “pretty rough campaign”.
“But I think the truth is, Labor has been ahead for some time, and they remain favourites to win,” he told Sky News Australia.
“I would be surprised if Labor doesn’t win.”
