I just received my new Charge 5 today (9/24/23), along with a separate packet of elastic bands. Of course, I quickly realized I needed some instructions to change the band, so I jumped on Google to see what I could find, and your vid was the first that popped up.

As many others have said, your vid nailed it on so many levels: Short, concise, straight to the point. Clear audio, no annoying background music or noise and no unnecessary "fluff" content. Speaking pace is perfect - not too fast and not "kindergarten slow." And most of all, 1000% perfect illustration, with the forethought to put the camera up close and NOT obstruct the view with your fingers, as people so often do in other instructional videos.

Thank you for using a contrasting band color! i have owned 3 fitbits and this one seemed to not detach the same and I didn't want to force it if it was different. All other videos are black bands and just say "Click here and pull" (Cant clearly see hat they are doing! ugh!). Yours is Much more clear and turns out my band was just a bit stubborn :) but with your clarity.. I felt safe to exert a bit more force! :) #Success!

Thank you, nice and clear and simple! Interestingly, the first 'Fitbit change band' YouTube video I found was clearly an older one, because it featured an older model with metal pins as part of the band attachment and removal, which seemed more complex. Glad that Fitbit have improved the band mechanism! Even I could do this.

I'm glad they made this change, point of failure is the band instead of the Fitbit now, had to RMA my charger 4 after a couple of months, plastic screwpost snapped
