It’s temporary though. It tamps down any swelling or skin inflammation for a few hours. It’s nothing special, but it’s good if you had a bad night with little sleep or had a lot to drink. It’s akin to icing down a swollen ankle. Actually I get this treatment for free during my morning walks because I live up North and the weather gets cold from November to May.
