Not all leo are like you steve. I was married to a career deputy sheriff here in NC. He was seen as the best po, highly respected as a deacon in our church too. His friends loved him. He was an absolute monster behind doors. To me and his son and our daughter..he brutalized us physically, mentally and emotionally. Not all cops are good, but i do know not all cops are bad. Its not the badge, it's the human wearing that badge

Both my parents were police officers and from being tiny, I remember having the utmost respect for them and their colleagues and I've raised my children to hold the emergency services in high regard.
If I ever make pro-police comments on YouTube, without exception, I have people berating me for it and it's because of these ego inflated, power mad cops, who have given the police service a horrendous reputation; especially in America (Im English by the way but my Sister is an American citizen).
It really saddens me that people think that way about the police, because there are some fine, upstanding members of the force who genuinely care about the serving the public and fighting crime.

Steve rocks!! It's not the same thing, but I grew up in a religious family. Ministers were meant to be reveared and respected. Deeply respected and very much admired....my Minister father molested me. To this day when I hear people gasp or are "shocked" by a minister, doctor, financially successful person does bad things. Wake up people!! Evil exists everywhere. Get over your shock

yeah but not all of them serve and protect now a days for alot of them it is shoot to kill innocent people who didnt do anything wrong or throwing them on the ground and beating them when they didn't have anything in there hands the officers that do wrong should be held acountable for there bad actions but there not they get away with so much because we have stupid judges that defend them saying there actions were justified its sad it really is but to those officers that actually do there job right i give respect to them tho
