Sketch Shape Won't Move in Fusion 360 (solution)

Think the real problem is Fusion Move Command is broken - it does not report any errors when it does not move the object. I don't mind a dialog / warning about moving a constrained sketch...it poor user interface design, terribly poor.

Additionally, Fusion appears to create constraints automatically - which you could do as another step in the process. Especially with sketches - they are early drawing primitives' - so they should be more flexiable. Or at least an option to 'not' constrain sketches. [I know, I know - but the origin of the sketch does not have to also be it's constrain location.]

Is there a way to move the origin point of a scetech to another point. Can i place a point somewhere and say this shall be the now origin and orbit point?

Thanks, very concise but that isn't working on a circle. I saw the constraint, highlighted it and it disappeared but still can't move the circle. My first week with Fusion 360 and not impressed, it's like the programmers gave up.

I have removed every single constraint. I used the selection filter and everything. It still wont move.
