What I would do for the final MISSION IMPOSSIBLE. Is bring agent brandt back and have the entire film split between ethan hunt and agent brandt perspective, the reason being the end climax would be similar to the movie district 13, there is a nuclear bomb infront of the agents. Ethan hunt believes that if he puts in a specific code it will disarm the bomb where as agent brandt believes if they put the code in it will set the bomb off! Both characters would have compelling arguments based on the while movie both points of view are valid but neither character knows who's entirely right, this will start a disagreement between the 2 until an all out fight breaks out between them. Ethan trying desperately to punch in the codes whilst agent brandt is using every skill determination and will power to stop ethan typing the codes in, all whilst arguing their points of view.

I believe this type of story puts us on edge as we the viewers have seen both sides and both sides of the story seem compelling. We obviously would want to belive ethan hunt biasedly because he has been rhe main character, however we also couldn't deny what agent brandt has seen witnessed and is trying to explain to ethan because everything he has said has been true so far. Who is right? Do they survive? Can they stop this ultimate world destroying weapon from killing everyone? I will let the writers decide the outcome
