So, basically, Scientific Laws are the dots and Scientific Theories are the lines connecting those dots.

As a computer engineer I would be interested in how he came to the conclusion that researchers think A.I. won't develop consciousness!? While not with the current iteration of A.I.s, further development and better understanding of our own brain could lead to exactly that.. maybe in 20 years, maybe in 100, maybe never... but I don't think most researchers think it's impossible...

Evolution, as we were all taught, is driven solely by natural selection. This was not Darwin's view. Rather, it's the view promulgated by Wallace, Mivart, et al. Darwin theorized there was a second mechanism that acted as a co-driver of evolution: sexual selection.
Sexual selection, which, in Darwin's view may at times act in opposition to natural selection, i.e., it may actually be maladaptive, was pooh-poohed by the scientists of the time because it raised the uncomfortable ideas that (a) non-human animals may have a sense of aesthetics and (b) females have agency.
As the theory of sexual selection gains recognition, and research on it is performed, it will be interesting to see how Darwinism evolves (pun intended).

At 4:40 Simon says that people get confused about gender and sex but then says that pansexual and demisexual are genders which they are not they are sexualities :P just add in a little correction or something

Nice one. I'd often heard that Pavlov did some rather unpleasant experiments with dogs, but wasn't exactly sure of what form they took. Now I know - and in a way, I wish that I didn't.
