Pubg not opening in bluestack problem

In Bluestack version- 3.56 pubg not opening without show any error if any body find any solution then tell me

i found out the solution go to settings icon on right bottom corner, there go to game settings and go to pubg mobile in game resolution click on HD 720P and select balanced graphics quality and its done my game started working...Thank you...

My problem was fixed by changing from Open gl to Direct X.

Updated ur BlueStack4 then play pubg & Pc support above 4gb ram. If. Ur computer support 2gb ram- definitely not play pubg.
