Hello the program opening normally and I installed streaming apps. was working at the beginning but now those apps doesn't work one of them just stuck in loading phase, and other steaming app says no internet connection can u help me with that please?

Bro one and only that problem is causing
When i am opening bluestacks after some seconds my mouse stopped working then it fix automatically and again same rhing is happening and this problem is not in bluestacks 5 but also showing in msi app player
