VANILLA MUG CAKE | Microwave & Oven Friendly

Vanilla mug cake that's fluffy, buttery and delicious.
A few simple ingredients for a simply fantastic treat!

Recipe:
2 tbsp melted unsalted butter
2 tbsp white sugar
1 medium sized egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup plain flour
1/2 tsp baking powder

Bake in an oven, 350F, for 20-25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Can I bake this in a microwave?
This recipe is better suited for oven baking as it leads to a fluffier, softer texture.
The microwave version still works, but it might be a bit more spongey! I recommend cooking anytime between 1-2 minutes. You can also visit my other microwave specific recipes on my channel:

I substituted flour with red mill gluten free flour, it made it a bit more dense and I had to add an extra tbs of milk, but it came out delicious!

WOW I TRIED THIS AT HOME AND ITS *AWSOME* Guys this is no clickbat, nothing fake it works 100% out of all the mug cakes I've made they where all crap and uncooked But THIS ONE ohh my goodness Its so yummy!!
