The shell has been completed. Now, the first interior work continues. Windows and the electrical installation. First step for window installation: preparing the window frame. Sealing tapes must be set to ensures that the window frames are airtight with the masonry and that no water penetrates from the outside to the inside.
The windows are high thermal insulation and high sound insulation windows with 6 chamber profiles and triple glazing. Also, an electrical roller shutter belongs to every window.
At the end, the fitter sets the window sills. In the inside: natural stone Jura marble.
Outside, however: gray granite.
The next part then continues with the interior work.

In america you have systems that employ the utilities through panels inside the block units the concrete is poured around that so these systems are easily accessible and prefabricated. I was surprised to see them cutting through the masonry 😳 I am also surprised at the sheer scale using cranes and masonry everywhere. Kind of cool but jeez that must be SUPER- expensive

Was ist das den? Kabelverlegung "einfach so" in der Wand? Die Kabel gehören in Leerrohre damit man irgendwann in der Zukunft auch nochmal die chance hat was zu ändern oder zu ergänzen. So einen schlechten Bau würde ich nicht abnehmen.

What is that? Cable laying "just like that" in the wall? The cables belong in empty conduits so that you have the chance to change or add something at some point in the future. I wouldn't accept such a bad construction. This ist not OK at all.

Ya not sure what type of building I'm seeing here. not standard. also as far as plumbing/electrical and Hvac decisions that should all be done by the trades themselves (except for minor decisions the homeowner might want)
