hey everyone!

to spawn the haunted cerberus truck, you need to have an auto shop and have atleast 2 player in 1 session
after that, just go around the city until you found a blue dot in the minimap
after that, just steal or hit the export import car, then the cerberus will start chasing you
the haunted cerberus usually spawn around 9PM to 5AM
