Ideally you need to be in a public lobby with at least two people using the standard vehicle, so nothing like an oppressor. You also need the auto shop so you can do import export Missions. Look out for the blue car sown and the truck might be hiding closeby.

Yeah I've been trying to figure out where to deliver these stupid cars because I don't know where the docka are so this video health a lot although I'm still a little confused exactly where the docs are on the map. Maybe someone could let me know the location...? 😁
