My 42 year old son had massive heart attack and died 10/11/22, leaving his wife and 4 children. We are heartcrushed. I am trying to find some relief from this heart pain. I pray this is true and we will meet again.

My father is not far away from the other side. He has fought ALS for a year and a half. He is a bit scared of what comes next. I'll show this to him. Thanks for sharing. I read this man’s book when it first came out. Proof of heaven. Little did I realise how much comfort this book would give me. In 2018 due to sepsis I lost my son. He was too young to go..times were very, very difficult, as a small family we went through hell. But at the back of my mind this gentleman’s book kept prodding me and as such I strongly believe we will see our son again. Until then we carry on with this comfortingly belief. Some days can still be difficult but our sons ‘’life’’ is carrying on in another realm and one day we will meet again…

My son was murdered/fatally shot July 3, 2022. Having to accept he is gone, never again will I hug him, hear his voice, his laughter, his guitar playing and never to watch him playing with his 5 year old son again, hearing these accounts of NDE’s truly helps.
It doesn’t eliminate my literal heartache, but it is nice to think of my son being in such a beautiful and peaceful place. I refer to him as my Starman now, with the ability he can move about freely, happily, with worry, pain, or stress.
I just wish there was a way for a family suffering with such tremendous heartbreak to know, to get a confirmation they are in a good place, that they are happy, that he is content. That is my greatest struggle…

My mother had a NDE. I volunteer in hospice as I find death comforting after her sharing her experience. She had a guide/angel who walked with her. Again no words needed to communicate. She has since passed but spoke as you did. The valley, the love and how she absorbed it through her and the expansion of awareness. She felt colors not just seeing them. She saw children playing and laughing in a large playground off but could see as clear as if she was right there with them. Such beautiful experiences. Her definition of God completely changed and she shared so much with me and my sister. When she passed 15 yrs later. Her peace and excitement to go “home” helped our family heal. ❤

I had my own NDE and I tried to explain it to friends, family, my doctors and my employees at the time. I received scepticism and doubt. My doctors equated it to the drugs that kept me asleep. I personally thank you for your witnessing your experience.

My GrandMom had one after having an MI when she was 46 years old. She was walking in a field of beautiful flowers, it was warm, when she came to a brook with a footbridge going across. A hand appeared to help her cross, she said “I can’t leave now Jesus, my husband and children still need me.” He told her she can go back, “we’ll meet at a different time. Your family loves you very much”. She said everything started to back up and she woke up in the recovery room at the hospital. Her doctor said to her “we almost lost you!” She said “I saw a glimpse of heaven and it’s beautiful” 😊

And my brother had recently passed to suicide. We had a spiritual connection so strong we’d know what each other was feeling/thinking without saying a word. I see him when I sungaze and meditate and he talks to me and he always hugs me first and formost. I can’t explain it but it’s comforting

I love that everyone that has an NDE or even an OBE they all come back with one important message-LOVE.
I wish everyone could wake up overnight. This world needs that!

These messages from these NDEs are some of the greatest gifts that we can bring to humanity. Humanity is becoming more and more lost and detached from selflessness and love. We need to wake up. I came across Dr. Alexander's book and videos about a month after my beloved husband passed on from covid. To see my once handsome, healthy man reduced to relying on a ventilator just to breath was a sight I will never forget. Thank you doctor for your words as they have helped me and I believe! Eben, that was the most amazing explanation I have heard articulated in around 20 mins. I have watched many videos on NDE 's. You speak so well and explain things so well. The term near death experience means to me that a person is near death, nearly dead, dying, or has died. It doesn't mean that one must be clinically dead to have an NDE. I can see why you were chosen to see and learn on the other side to come back and teach. The student became the teacher. It sounds awful what you went through when you were so ill. My own nde in hospital from respiratory arrest was brief it took me to the first part of your journey to a breathtaking beautiful garden of light and colour. I realised I wouldn’t be going further and was held in this glimpse of what is to come. I returned with the understanding that death is about the people left behind, while our soul travels on.
