Quick correction: Grace's (previous) servants did not die of disease. The three ghosts servants we see at the house had died over 50 years before under the service of the previous homeowner. Grace's servants all left right after she killed herself because obviously there were no more masters of the house.

Correction: I realize now you were talking about her current servents, who, yes, died from TB 50 years ago.

Thanks for your video on this movie. I found your perspective interesting. I disagree with the statements about religion however. I feel that her afterlife was like her own personal hell. She was at least for a time trapped in darkness that she created in her depression.
