Captain you say your officers worked accordingly but yet you have one officer standing at the back of lieutenant navarios vehicle when all he had to do which would have took a split second to turn and see if there was a tag in the back windshield but did he do that no sir and you have not brought up why they haven't addressed the fact that there was a tag in the back window so there was never no altercation by lieutenant Navarro about that because he had his temporary tag posted in the back windshield where a brand new car lot would put a brand new temporary tag in the back of a windshield and then when they seen the man's arms were out the window they should have seen the military uniform and they should have deal escalated the situation immediately this is definitely uncalled for

The Police Chief summarized that the black soldier caused the abuse on himself and doesn't deserve an appolgy. He admitted that if the video didn't come out he would not have fired any of the officers.

All Police camera video should be released to the public after 5 years after it is no longer needed for court etc.
