Im not a vegan, but i tried this recipie side by side with some salmon sashimi and the texture is a little diffrent (might be just me because my cutting skills are pretty bad) but it tastes litterally just like salmon! Great video!

you can cook them in salted water. No need to use that amount of salt and comes out even better. Also many times faster to make.
