What is a concussion?

Concussions are a traumatic brain injury (TBI) caused by a bump, jolt, or blow to the head. Signs of a concussion may include dizziness, nausea, and headaches after concussion. Everyone's concussion recovery is different, but concussion symptoms should resolve in a few weeks if treated properly by a healthcare provider.
