Whether the earliest Church Fathers believed in the Trinity or not is a subject for debate. Some of the evidence used to support an early belief in the Trinity are triadic statements (referring to the Father, Son and Holy Spirit) from the New Testament and the Church Fathers.

Since there was no one called Church fathers, relying on such is a no win situation.
Using words of humans not included in the Bible is as good as quoting Hitler or Stalin.
Paul clearly stated what True Christians believe.

(1 Corinthians 8:6) there is actually to us one God, the Father,

Abel, Enoch, Noah, Abraham, Moses, David, Jesus, JWs today, all worshiped and worship the Only True God, Jehovah.
If Jesus was God, then all these would be blind worshipers, including Jesus.

Taking anyone's words after the death of the apostles to prove the Trinity makes no sense. Twisted teaching were prophesied to surface after the first Century. Acts 20:30.
The Trinity being one such.
Paul clearly stated that for True Christians only the Father is God. 1 Corinthians 8:6.

It is a urban myth for Muslims and Jews to claim that Christians invented the Trinity. It appears in Hebrew scripture long before Jesus came in the flesh as the Messiah (Christ, in Greek).

Genesis 1:2 says the Spirit of God walked upon the waters of the deep. Who is this ? In Matthew's Gospel it says the Spirit of God descended on Jesus as He was baptized in the River Jordan. The same expression is used.

Isaiah 53 says He paid the price for our transgressions and iniquities. He was cut off from the land of the living (i.e. He was killed and died). Then in later verses it says He carried on doing stuff on Earth. Huh ? He has just been killed. This only makes sense when you realise He came back to life.

When God appeared to Moses on Mount Sinai to give the 10 commandments, He appeared as a burning bush. Then we read when God lead the people of Israel out of Egypt, He appeared as a cloud by day and a pillar of fire by night. Guess what ? Three manifestations.

The Qur'an Surah 3 says when Allah saw man deceiving, he said that he could deceive better because Allah is the greatest deceiver. So why follow a liar ?

The Qur'an confirms Allah is a liar, a cheat and a fraud because allegedly Allah saved Jesus from crucifixion, and some lookalike was substituted to make it appear it was Jesus. So the Allah of the Qur'an is not God. There is a deceiver, his name is Satan. Indeed Mohammed even thought he had met Satan in the cave of Hira. Paul warned in Galations 1:8 not to believe in a different gospel to that of Jesus and the apostles even if spoken by an angel. Paul explains this is because Satan can disguise himself as an angel of light.

Mohammed and Jesus cannot both be prophets of Allah. They teach opposites. Yet see are told Allah is the same yesterday, today and tomorrow.

Jesus said He is the Truth (the way and the life).I
Allah is the greatest deceiver.

Jesus said love your enemy and pray for those who persecute you.
The Qur'an Surah 9 verse 29 says for us to behead our enemy.
Do I love then behead or vice versa ?!

Jesus said marriage is between one man and one woman.
Mohammed says four wives and he had many more. Including arranging for his adopted son to die in battle (the odds were 65 to 1, certain death) so he could marry the widow and not get stoned for adultery. Apparently Allah gave his blessing. Then Mohammed married Ayesha aged 6, and slept with her aged 9. This was also blessed by Allah.

If Jesus was a prophet and prophets cannot lie, did Jesus lie when He claimed to be God. Jesus said if you have seen Me, you have seen God. Jesus said I and the Father are one. Jesus said only God can forgive sins, and I forgive sins.

If a Muslim answers yes, then the Qur'an is false because either Jesus is not a prophet or prophets can lie.

If a Muslim answers no, Jesus is God and guess what, the Qur'an is still false.

The reality is a church did believe in the post biblical concept of trinity before nicea but it also remains true that it is not an explicit teaching of the scriptures neither is there any explicit teaching given by any apostle or prophet or Christ himself on the trinity model expressed by the 1st to 4th century adherents.

The "church fathers" aren't our teachers. We go straight to God through Christ, and the Scriptures left by the apostles.

None of the apostles teaches a trinity at any time.

As for the "church fathers", Irenaeus for instance, believed in one God the Father, and he believed Jesus to be an extention of God the Father. "Monarchian" is what best describes his view. Not the same as the current popular teaching.

Muslims have 115 gods if we look into this authentic Hadith in Sahih Muslim 804 a

Recite the Qur'an, for on the Day of Resurrection it will come as an intercessor for those who recite It. Recite the two bright ones, al-Baqara and Surah Al 'Imran, for on the Day of Resurrection they will come as two clouds or two shades, or two flocks of birds in ranks, pleading for those who recite them. Recite Surah al-Baqara, for to take recourse to it is a blessing and to give it up is a cause of grief, and the magicians cannot confront it. (Mu'awiya said: It has been conveyed to me that here Batala means magicians.)
Muslims say Quran is the eternal word of Allah and if chapter 2&3 will become birds at the last day and speak to Allah then the entire book which consists of 114 chapters can speak to Allah. So if Allah is eternal and Quran is eternal but Allah is not Quran so two eternal things? Or Allah is talking to himself?
In reality Islam is polytheism not monotheism but people don’t see it.

The word deity and divine
Is deity = divine
OR divinity refers to values of deity?
Like
Omnipresent
Everlasting
Uncreated
Omniscient
Omnipotent
Holy intrisically
Life giver
Saviour
First and last
Judge
King
Forgives
Healer
So the spirit and messiah proceed from god so are divine but not.deity
