FBI Agent REACTS to the Paris Comrades Mission in Battlefield 3 | Experts React

Kevin Waller is back and reacting to Battlefield 3, more specifically the Paris Comrades mission. There are lots of things to be considered when defusing a hostile situation and Kevin walks us through them today, like never let your teammate run into an active grenade you’ve just thrown, or never wear ski masks because of their impracticality. Players can assume several different military roles while playing Battlefield 3: a Marine, an F/A-18F Super Hornet weapons systems officer, an M1A2 Abrams tank operator, and a Spetsnaz GRU agent. There are multiple locations throughout the campaign, and two main characters: Henry Blackburn and Dimitri Mayakovsky.

You play as a russian Spetznas and fight against the PLR (terrorist organization) who have planted a tactical nuke in Paris

He does speak truth. As military, you do train for chemical attacks. Overseas, it happens alot. Basically week long base simulated underattack. US Air force bases in korea does it like every month

They were actually not using high velocity rounds in the office scenario, they're using an AS VAL which uses subsonic 9x39 bullets which are really not going to go through much or ricochet.

It really irks me that you guys didn't seem to give Kevin any context on the mission you had him react to.
If he knew what was happening and why, I feel like we would get a lot more interesting insight instead of points made on incorrect assumptions.

I was really curious to hear what Kevin had to say about how law enforcement and military personnel would realistically interact during such a situation, but we didn't get any of that because he didn't know there WAS any military in the first place.

Frustrating.

I actually have a good example of using pepper spray in a bad situation, I was out camping one week when a park ranger decided to come into my campsite and check our IDs (we were drinking at the time), well when he came into our site my puppy (2 month old lab) ran up to him and started sniffing his legs. He told me to get my dog under control and when I reached for the dogs collar, he started spraying his pepper spray in a very erratic fashion. Well this didn't turn out well for him as he was standing down wind from me and the puppy and as you can imagine the big cloud of pepper spray blew back into his face resulting in him becoming incapacitated instead of me or the puppy. So I will say being up wind of your target while using pepper spray is ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY in a dangerous situation and that using it in turbulent wind conditions is an absolute no.
