if there files in this disk from windows then you need create boot menu or add. If not then you must install again. If you have bootable media if not then buy new disk and ask someone for bootable media or buy

It's just a misconfiguration. Go to bios and select your drive in the boot menu

1.UEFI Mode
If Your BIOS Computer Accidentally Reset And Can't Boot To Windows, Try to Go The BIOS To Enable UEFI Mode, Commonly To Access The BIOS Press F2 Or Del, This Is Happen When Your BIOS Is Reset Then Your BIOS Will Go Back To Legacy Mode

2.Boot Device
Sometimes Your BIOS Don't Remember Where Is The Boot File Which Is Located in X: Drive, Sometimes You Had A Chance To Create The Boot File Which is
(.efi) For Example Bootia64.efi Or You Had A chance that Your Windows is corrupted and You need to reinstall. Or The Boot Priorities isn't correct.

Now the problem I am facing is my keyboard has stopped working it's not the fault of the keyboard tho it's literally not getting powered up and on turning on the pc this one message shows. I can't even go to bios cuz of this. I have a NVMe SSD and there normally is a green light indicating it's functionality tho it's not glowing anymore.

nope, bad tutorial. completely useless. just change the bios priority to your ssd/flash drive/windows boot manager.

For anybody wondering why this is showing up on your PC. I had the same problem. I had no Windows on my new bought PC. There will be no way to fix this because there is no Windows on it. Now you wonder: what should i do now? It is easy: Buy Windows 10 or 11 plug the USB on your PC and done.👍
