24 hour eats on the Vegas strip used to be plentiful but after the pandemic, many restaurants have shuttered their 24 hour policies. Caesars Palace does have a 24 hour eatery that is still open at the Cafe Americano. Located near the lobby of the legendary Caesars Palace, I'm actually trying them out for the first time in this video. And I'm going to be trying a lot because

Shin, It may have been a blessing in disguise that the midnight menu came in: that way we can see the contrast in the two menus. My favorite bite of the night might have been that waffle bread pudding! A possible last- minute chef's idea that turned into something terrific!

Glad you liked, most of, the food. Boy what a sticker shock so. I'm not against paying premium prices, but if the food looks mediocre at best I have a hard time. Even if it tasted good. As soon as I saw the fries for the fish and chip I could tell that they looked soggy.
But I have to agree on your dessert. It looked fantastic, and was a nice new spin on a dish.

I do not balk at most prices on menus, but the audacity for Caesars once again to price their food in their 24 HR restaurant is downright atrocious. Thanks for showing us the food and the prices to give us the buyer beware on the cost and the taste.
