Twenty of the world’s richest countries are meeting on 15 and 16 November to discuss the global economy – including the international tax system. But tackling the tax dodging crisis in their countries is simply not enough.

So far, Ebola has claimed nearly 5,000 lives. It didn’t have to be this way. Tax pays for hospitals, and the countries struggling to contain and end the Ebola crisis have lost money to tax dodging that they could have spent on healthcare.

The ActionAid team is at the G20 Summit calling on leaders to act to ensure big businesses pay their fair share of tax.
